Bishop Henry Luke Orombi, one of Uganda’s most respected leaders, lived through a series of intriguing life events culminating in his appointment as the 7th Archbishop of the Church of Uganda in 2004. Over the years, he has mentored thousands of youth, fathers and leaders both in religious and corporate fields.
His time in the Archbishop’s office ushered in an evangelical revival in the Anglican Church of Uganda and across Africa, with ripple effects that have ensured the holistic growth of many leaders. Since his retirement by December 2012, he has continued to preach the gospel, mentor and play the much-needed father figure role to institutions and organisations across Uganda. His life is a testimony of God’s power and provision and demonstrates a rich spiritual and leadership principles that need to be captured to inspire generations to come.
It’s upon that background by 2013 we decided to start recording his messages preached in audio and having recorded over 100 messages listeners on our local FM stations demanded his visual preaching and by 2015 we begun recording his sermons in both Audio and visual but without a proper camera.
Demand for these teachings have tremendously grown with an estimate of a million listenership in ALUR and English cutting across DRC, South Sudan and West Nile in Uganda.
With the acquisition of a Sony video camera through Rev Dr Stephen Sizer, we believe the quality of our visual messages will become much better and more people shall be reached and blessed through the authentic teaching of the Word of God beyond boundaries.
We are now working towards mass production of the series of teaching done on marriage, warfare, leadership, parables and Jesus the burden carrier… We can be sure a number of people will benefit from the recording programs that we are undertaking to build the kingdom of God.
