Bishop of Southampton Meets SWVG Trustees

Professor Chris Stephens, Chair of Southampton and Winchester Visitors Group (SWVG), met with the Bishop of Southampton, the Rt Revd Debbie Sellin today, to discuss ways to support people seeking asylum and refugees in Southampton. David Retter and Revd Dr Stephen Sizer, trustees of SWVG, also attended.
Together with Refugees

At her favourite local beauty spot near Sadlers Mill in Romsey, Caroline Nokes, MP for Romsey and Southampton North, joined refugees and people seeking asylum supporting the Orange Heart Campaign organised by Together with Refugees, to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Britain signing the UN Geneva Convention for Refugees.
The event was organised by the Southampton and Winchester Visitors Group, a local charity supporting people seeking asylum.
