The Living Stones AGM this year will be held by ZOOM and all members will receive the papers in advance and should have received them by October 31st either by post or by e-mail attachment. If not please let Michael, our Membership Secertary, know by e-mail.

Registration is from 10.30 a.m. ensuring those present are eligible to vote at the AGM. The AGM itself will begin at 11.00 a.m. and should finish at about 12 noon.

There will be a short break for lunch and then the afernoon programme commencing at 12.45 will include an interview with Grace al Zoughbi, a PhD student from Bethlehem. Duncan will interview Grace about her chosen subject,  ‘Christian women in the MIddle East’ . This will help launch our Appeal for funds for the Michael Prior Fund which supports grants for post graduate students in higher education.

The day will finish with Mid Aftrenoon prayers led by Canon Robert Gibbons, ecumenical Canon of Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford.

All essential PAPERS for the AGM should have been received in advance but some additional papers may be available. All PAPERS for the AGM and the rest of the day are downloadable below. If there are any changes to the programme, they will be found here as these papers will be kept up to date and amended as necessary.

Please join us at the AGM. All members should receive a ZOOM invitation up to a week in advance of the AGM. IF  you would like to attend and have not received an invitation by Thursday 19th November, please let the administration know by e-mailing admin@livingstones.ngo. Only members are entitled to vote at the AGM.

If, as a member, you would like to nominate someone for membership of the Executive particularly if they have financial, legal or fund raising knowledge and/or experience, please do so by first discussing the possibility with the member concerned and then forwarding his or her name to the Chair…you may email the Chair on admin@livingstones.ngo.
